The Dover Dragon Ice Breaker Invitational Track Meet was the first event held at the magnificent new stadium at Dover High School. Held on March 28, 2009, Dover hosted Pawling, Byram Hills and Red Hook. Dover Athletic Director Bob Esposito and Track & Field Coach Matt Pool organized a fluid, spectacular track meet, assisted by an outstanding crew of student volunteers. Coach Pool said, “The school and the community are extremely proud of the facility and we are very happy to hear all the positive feed-back. All four teams had good performances for an early season meet. It was a great day, at a great facility, for some great kids.”
