Bobby Wayne Holt, 56, a resident of Pawling, passed away Friday, March 14, 2008 at Westchester Medical Center, Valhalla, NY.
  
Son of the late Barney and Barbara (Barrett) Holt, Jr, he was born on December 13, 1952 in Shreveport, LA.
  
He was a self-employed carpenter and coached for Pawling Softball League for many years.
 
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his long-time companion, Susan Forsyth.
  
He is survives by his son, Brad Turner of Bossier City, LA; daughters, Dena Dodds of Benton, LA, Stacey Holt of Shreveport, LA, and Amanda, Candace, and Rachael Holt, all of Pawling; brothers Danny and Trey Holt of Shreveport, LA and Darrin Holt of Dallas, TX; sisters Jan Corban of Meadsville, MI and Susan Rogers of Blue Springs, MO; grandchildren Kaylie Glovier and Lucas Stans; adopted mother, Betty Jho Holt of Shreveport, LA; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and his extended family of friends.
  
A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 17th from 7 – 9 PM at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main Street, Pawling.
  
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations in Bob’s memory be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1905.
