Katherine Ellen Watts, 88, a lifetime resident of Pawling, passed away Thurs. Jan. 31, 2008 at the Dutchess Center for Rehab and Healthcare.  Born in the Town of Southeast on Nov. 7, 1919 to the late Thomas and Katherine Ellen (Sprague) Malone, she was a factory worker at Pawling Rubber Corp. until retiring in the mid ‘80s.  She was a Communicant of St. John’s Church in Pawling.

 

Katherine is pre-deceased by her husband, Lester, and son, Larry.  She is survived by her son, Lester, of Wassaic; sister, Edith M. Buzzi of Pawling; granddaughter, Crystal Watts of Stormville; and several nieces and nephews.

 

Friends may call at the Horn & Thomes, Inc. Funeral Home, 83 East Main St., Pawling Sat. Feb. 2nd from 10am – 1pm.  Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home on Sat. at 1pm.  Burial will follow at Pawling Cemetery.
