The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree

Captain Jack Sparrow, move over, as The Putnam Children's Discovery Center Players bring The Lady Pirates of Captain Bree to the Brewster stage this April. 

Show times are Friday, April 12 at 4pm and 7:30 pm, Friday April 18 at 7:30 pm, and Saturday, April 19 at 2 pm at The HH Wells Middle School, Route 312, Brewster, NY. 
 
This musical comedy, written by Martin A. Fallose with music and lyrics by Bill Francoeur, is a swashbuckling tale on the high seas as Captain Bree and her ‘mean and nasty’ female pirate crew take over another ship, the Kayla May. But Bree meets her match in Captain Jennings and his motley crew and passengers.   Sword fights, plank walking and even a touch of romance make this show one that will entertain the entire family.
  
Under the direction of Vicky Barbalato and music direction of Judy Marano, the show also features choreography by Pam Kelly.  Members of the cast include Charlie Adams, Joe Adams, Olivia Barnard, Courtney Bernardo, Megan Bernardo, Stephanie Daly, Emily DeLeo, Danny DePaoli, Jenna DiFalco, Emily Durkin, Marianne Faivre, Maura Fallon, Caitlyn Farrell, Chelsea Friedman, Noah Gallagher, Kevin Kelly, Katie Keneally, Anna Krzyzewski, Liam Lonegan, Anna Rae Lutz, Jason Marano, Jeffrey Marano, Joshua Nasser, Matthew Newman, Rebecca Noce, Joseph Oliveri, Christopher Ong, Adam Romano, Elizabeth Stasiak, Kirsten Sweeney, Jordan Sweeney, Gabrielle Treiling, Susanna Vaupen, Rory Wakeford, and Amanda Weiss.
